Stay here and enjoy your Florence trip. It's reasonably large trendy boutique hotel, everything is excellent here. The location is particularly good, relatively close to an indoor market hall.

Perfect, good location in Florence, just off the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore as well as the airport. Great service, new-fashioned family room with amazing decoration and a great view and a big bed.

Spent 2 nights here with my family members, had a comfortable stay overall. Its staff was accommodating and supper friendly. The location was particularly good for walking around an art museum.

The breakfast had a wide range of options, slices of fresh bread, pastries, fruit, and meats. They gave a triple room with terrace, a great view and Netflix as we booked.

All in all everything was perfect, had a really comfortable stay by 2 extra nights. The unit we got was immaculately clean with a stunning view, the coffee machine, as example.

A very nice boutique building in the heart of Florence. TV with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room, perfect and excellent location.

The family room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned with terrace.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location could not have been better for exploring all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and experiences. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks during happy hour. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including great amenities and a comfortable bed.

We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting here.

everything there was amazing and the staff were accommodating and amicable. i could see city from the window of the family room. the place had a family atmosphere.

Unique and truly exceptional place with attentive staff and unbeatable location near Duomo. Booked an a nice size and stylish room with extra attention and amazing decoration in front of Duomo, as for instance;))

I had an amazing city break at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city, with all the key attractions just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with a map and great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The room was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable bed. One of the best aspects was the complimentary aperitif served in the evening, along with delicious snacks. I also appreciated the variety and deliciousness of the breakfast. it was a fantastic experience.

The only downside was the slow breakfast service. The order in which things were served seemed a bit off, with drinks being served before pastries and then asking for our food order after that.
